A few things you might want to know before booking.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the size of the home and the services you choose. Photography starts at $350 and photography with a listing film at $900, with add-ons to suit the listing. You’ll know the cost before we book, including any extras or travel. If you’re unsure what the property needs, we’re happy to help you put together the right combination.
How quickly will I receive my photos and video?
Photos are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, and listing films within three to four business days. Working towards a specific launch date? Let us know when you book so we can confirm what’s possible.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Victoria and work throughout Vancouver Island. Send us the property address and we’ll confirm availability and any travel costs before you book.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a good idea of when the home will be ready. The studio is nearing capacity, so the earlier the better. Booking early gives you more choice of dates, especially during the busy season. If something comes up at short notice, get in touch and we’ll check what’s available.
Can photos and video be captured in the same visit?
We aim to schedule photography and video together wherever possible, making things simpler for you and the homeowner. Sunrise or twilight coverage may need a separate visit, and we’ll work through those details when booking.
