01How far in advance should I book?
We are typically booking five to seven days out. Rush turnarounds are possible more often than you would expect. Ask rather than assuming, especially midweek.
02What is your turnaround?
Photography is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot as standard. Film is three to five business days. Twilight sets that need a second evening visit follow the evening they are shot.
03Do you shoot outside Greater Victoria?
Yes. Greater Victoria carries no travel charge: Oak Bay, Fairfield, Rockland, Saanich, Sidney, Esquimalt, View Royal, Colwood, Langford and Sooke. Mill Bay and up-island, Salt Spring and the southern Gulf Islands are quoted flat and in advance.
04What happens if the weather is bad?
We reschedule at no cost whenever the weather will not do the property justice, and not only for twilight and aerial work. Interiors can usually go ahead, that is what lighting is for, but if the light is genuinely against us we will say so rather than hand you a compromised set.
05Does the property need to be staged?
That is between you and the vendor. We are photographers, not stagers. A tidy, decluttered home always photographs better, and on the day we will square a chair or move a bin out of shot, but preparing the property is not something we take on. Tell us in advance if it is tenanted so we can plan around it.
06Are you insured and drone certified?
Transport Canada RPAS Advanced Operations certificate, current, and full commercial general liability plus equipment coverage. Most of the Saanich Peninsula sits in controlled airspace; we file the authorization.
07Can you do just one service?
Yes. Book photography on its own, or the full package. Either way it is our own team on site, so the stills, the film and the aerials look like one body of work.

Transport Canada RPAS Advanced Operations, current, and fully insured. Most of the Saanich Peninsula sits inside controlled airspace. We file the NAV CANADA authorization so the aerials are legal as well as good.

Delivered ready to use
Files arrive named and already sized for MLS, web, print and social, in a private gallery you can share with the vendor. Nothing to crop, rename or resize before it goes up.

No subcontractors and no rotating shooters. The same people shoot the stills, the film and the aerials, so the whole set reads as one body of work rather than three.
