What agents ask before they book.
How much does real estate video cost in Victoria?
Photography and video together start at $900, and the price moves with the size of the property and what you add: a twilight or sunrise visit, a vertical reel. A small condo and a waterfront estate are not the same day’s work, so send the address and we will come back with a number.
How long does a listing video take to deliver?
Three to five business days from the shoot. Photography from the same visit is delivered within 24 to 48 hours, so the stills can go live first and the video follows.
What is included with a listing video?
A 4K landscape master, 60 to 120 seconds, graded to match the stills, with a cleared music licence, sized for the listing page, your website and YouTube. The vertical reel for Reels, Shorts and TikTok is a separate cut, added to the photo and video package.
Do you include drone footage?
Yes, drone is part of the photo and video package. Aerial sequences are cut into the video for setting, shoreline and approach, shot under a Transport Canada RPAS Advanced certificate, fully insured, with the NAV CANADA authorization that most of the Saanich Peninsula requires filed and held on record.
Are the photos and the video shot on the same visit?
Yes. Photography, video and aerials are shot on the same visit by the same team, so the house is prepared once and the stills and the video are lit and graded to read as one shoot.
Where do you shoot real estate video?
Across Greater Victoria at no travel charge: Oak Bay, Fairfield, Rockland, Saanich, Sidney, Esquimalt, View Royal, Colwood, Langford and Sooke. Mill Bay and up-Island, Salt Spring and the southern Gulf Islands are quoted flat and in advance.
How far ahead should I book video?
We are typically booking five to seven days out. Send the address and the date the listing goes live and we will tell you what we can do.
