How much does a single-property website cost?
Booked with the photography and video, it is a $100 add-on to the shoot, because it is assembled from the assets we have already delivered. That includes a year of hosting; after the first year, hosting is $100 a year. A custom website for your business or a development is a Tend project, with a fixed price in writing after the first call. Tend’s pricing is on tendwebdesign.studio.
How quickly is the listing website live?
It is built from the shoot and is live the day the listing goes up, so the link is ready for the sign, the brochure and the first email.
What does a single-property website include?
An overview, the full gallery, facts and features, the video, a 3D tour, the floor plan, a map and an enquiry form routed straight to the listing team, all on one page and at full size. There are several templates to choose from, each customised to the property and to your brand.
Where is it hosted, and can I use my own domain?
On our listings domain as standard, with a custom domain available as an add-on. A year of hosting is included, and after that hosting is $100 a year for as long as you want the site up.
Do you build websites for realtors, builders and developers?
Yes, through Tend, our web studio. Tend designs and builds custom websites for agents, builders, developers, trades and interior designers in Victoria and across Vancouver Island, and websites for individual developments and projects, with photography and film by us when the site needs it. After launch it keeps them current on a monthly plan called Tending. Pricing and details are at tendwebdesign.studio.
How long does a custom website take?
About six weeks from the first call to launch for most sites. Smaller sites are quicker, and a site with a shop, online booking or a lot of content takes longer. The launch date goes on the calendar at the start.
